If you’re looking for old west charm without sacrificing seclusion or comfort, look no further than the Bunkhouse Barn. A former horse barn, now beautifully finished with western decor and modern amenities, this one-of-kind accommodation sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Prepare lunch in the kitchenette, and relax in the cool shade of the covered central lounge area. Later, watch the setting sun give way to an endless expanse of stars, as you take in the desert night at the outdoor fire pit and BBQ grill. Even your horses are welcome at this property, which is still set up to accommodate equine travelers like it did years ago.
The Bunkhouse Barn’s stunning surroundings, with the Utah high desert terrain leading the eye towards the beautiful Blue and Abajo mountain vistas, add to the sense of privacy, with your nearest neighbors being half a mile away. But this property is also located in the midst of more than a dozen parks and monuments (including Canyonlands, Arches, and Bears Ears), as well as countless Native American ruins and historical sites. This is simply the perfect home base from which to explore one of the most incredible landscapes in the country.
